Offerings For Growth
Modalities may change, but the goal is the same…
Transpersonal Hypnotherapy
Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is distinct from traditional forms of hypnotherapy or hypnosis for several reasons. First, the client is continually referred back to their own wisdom, creating a relationship with their Higher Self—that part of them that is infinitely wise and infinitely creative. The client is always in control, and all insight and transformation comes from within the client. Open-ended questions and neutral language are used to prevent the practitioner from leading the client, and suggestions are imbedded using the client’s own language.
In practice there are many different experiences that Transpersonal Hypnotherapy can offer—regression, skill rehearsal, inner family, interlife and many more. All share the same overarching goal: empowering the client in their journey, however they choose to move in the world.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT, also known as tapping, is a powerful method for releasing emotional distress by stimulating acupressure points on the body while experiencing the dis-ease without judgement. This technique can help alleviate anxiety, stress, fear, and other emotional burdens that weigh heavily on your mind and body.
Clients often find that their physical pain may mask an emotional stress being stored in the body, meaning this technique can often be effective even on chronic pain conditions. Best of all, it’s easily learned and practiced at home, allowing clients to continue working on presenting issues in 5 or 10 minute increments throughout their day.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a cutting-edge therapeutic tool that uses the connection between the brain and body to help you process and resolve deeply held emotional or traumatic experiences. By identifying specific points in your field of vision that activate emotional triggers, Brainspotting allows the brain’s natural healing processes to access and release stored trauma.
This method is highly effective for people who struggle with anxiety, trauma, or unresolved emotional pain, offering relief at a deep and transformative level. It also does not require the client to speak about the trauma, which can be beneficial for those uninterested in reliving or sharing the story of their trauma.
Bilateral Stimulation
Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) engages both hemispheres of the brain to promote emotional processing and healing. It is often integrated into other modalities, such as Brainspotting, to help unlock stuck emotional patterns.
BLS can enhance your ability to process difficult emotions, reduce anxiety, and bring a sense of balance to your mind and body. It’s a gentle yet powerful tool for facilitating change and helping you move toward a state of inner peace and equilibrium.
